Even as a child, Myrtill adored the French language and culture, but she felt deeply attracted to music and jazz. Both factors played an important role in the choice of her career. She graduated as a French major in 1995, as a jazz singer major at the Music Academy in 1999. Her first solo jazz album was published in 2004. It was praised by fellow-musicians in such an extent that she was invited as a guest vocalist on more than 40 albums a year later. In the following years, her Voice&Guitar duo (with guitarist Tibor Pintér) received awards at Finnish and German jazz competitions, and toured in the renowned jazz clubs of London. The latest project of Myrtill evokes the France of the last century like the album entitled Swinguistique published in 2012 featuring French and English song that soon became gold. She published her next album a year later with Hungarian songs of the 1950s and 60s in a gipsy swing adaptation.
